Attendees from across the globe are heading to Las Vegas for the 2023 National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) International Builders’ Show (IBS), the largest annual residential construction industry trade show in the world, happening Jan. 31 to Feb. 2 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

IBS is again co-locating with the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s (NKBA) Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) for the 10th Annual Design & Construction Week (DCW). The National Hardware Show (NHS) at the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Las Vegas Winter Market at the World Market Center Las Vegas are happening during the same time as IBS. IBS registration gives attendees access to the IBS, KBIS, NHS and Las Vegas market show floors.

The IBS show floor is always buzzing with innovative products and dynamic demonstrations. IBS attendees experience the excitement of floor destinations such as the Start-Up Zone, featuring products or services from emerging companies. The Home Technology Pavilion uncovers what’s next in construction technology and the IBS New Product Zone, debuts the hottest new products on the market. IBS attendee favorites such as the Construction Performance Zone (formerly the IBS Building Zone), nextBUILD and the Jobsite Safety Zone are also returning in 2023. In addition to the indoor show floor exhibits, attendees enjoy the impressive outdoor exhibits in the Pro Builder Show Village.

An Expo+Education Pass gives attendees three-day access to all IBS Education Sessions, which includes a choice of more than 100 sessions led by renowned experts on a wide range of industry topics, daily keynotes and sessions led by high-profile speakers. And for those looking to make the most of their show experience, several pre-show learning add-ons are available on Jan. 29 and 30, including one-day courses that delve deep into industry topics. Another registration add-on is the pre-show Master Workshops, three-hour intensive programs that go in-depth on industry topics the day before the show. A new addition to this year’s show, the Pro Builder and Pro Remodeler’s U40 Leadership Summit is a one-day educational and networking event for young housing industry leaders.

Numerous networking opportunities, social gatherings and special events attract show attendees each year. The 2023 show kicks off on the morning of Jan. 31 with the DCW Opening Ceremonies, powered by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, featuring a moderated Q&A with Mike Rowe, a leading advocate for skilled trades. Other events throughout the week include the Young Pro Party followed by the DCW Closing Concert, sponsored by LG, featuring legendary singer/songwriter Sheryl Crow.

Attendees can also tour the official IBS show home, The New American Home (TNAH) designed to showcase innovative building technologies, emerging design trends and the latest building products.
