CHBA BC to announce the finalists for the 2026 Georgie Awards
It’s finally here, the moment worth building for. On Sat., May 23, the finalists for the 2026 Georgie Awards will be centre stage at the 34th Georgie Awards gala, taking place at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver. The awards celebrate the resilience, creativity and craftsmanship of B.C.’s homebuilding industry in a year that demanded nothing less. Don’t miss your chance to secure a seat at the Greatest Show in Homebuilding! (although you’ll only need the edge) as the curtain rises and the winners are revealed.
This year’s program brings a full slate of performances, with 52 dazzling award categories across six focus areas that recognize excellence in Residential Construction: New and Renovation; Interior Design, Merchandising and Landscaping; Sales and Marketing; Special Achievement Awards; and culminating with the Grand Georgie Awards. Projects and products built, renovated, developed, created and/or marketed during the period between Jan. 1, 2024 – Oct. 31, 2025, are eligible for the 2026 Georgie Awards. The finalists and winners are selected by a judging panel of out-of-province industry professionals, and the results are verified by an independent accounting firm, Renaissance Group CPA Ltd.
