Attendees from across the globe are heading to Las Vegas for the 2024 National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) International Builders’ Show (IBS), the largest annual residential construction industry trade show in the world, Feb. 27 to 29 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Design & Construction Week
IBS is again co-locating with the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s (NKBA) Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) for the 11th Annual Design & Construction Week (DCW). IBS registration gives attendees access to the IBS and KBIS show floors.
The IBS show floor is always buzzing with innovative products and dynamic demonstrations. Attendees experience the excitement of floor destinations such as the Start-Up Zone, featuring products or services from emerging companies. The Home Technology Zone uncovers what’s next in construction technology, and the New Product Zone debuts the hottest new products on the market. IBS attendee favorites such as the Construction Performance Zone, Craft Techniques Zone and the Jobsite Safety Zone are also returning in 2024. In addition to the indoor show floor exhibits, attendees enjoy the impressive Outdoor Exhibits including the Pro Builder Show Village, celebrating its 30th year at the show.
IBS Education Sessions
An Expo+Education Pass gives attendees three-day access to all IBS Education Sessions, which includes a choice of more than 100 sessions led by renowned experts on a wide range of industry topics, daily keynotes and sessions led by high-profile speakers. And for those looking to make the most of their show experience, several pre-show learning add-ons are available on Feb 25 and 26, including one-day courses that delve deep into industry topics. Another registration add-on is the Pro Builder and Pro Remodeler’s U40 Leadership Summit, a one day educational and networking event for young housing industry leaders. New this year is the Building Science Symposium featuring high performance building content and leading industry experts sharing new insights and best practices for better building techniques and the Remodeling Symposium giving you a deep dive into each facet of a remodeler’s business including design, pre-construction, building technique, sales and marketing, project management and more.
DCW Opening Ceremonies
Numerous networking opportunities, social gatherings and special events attract show attendees each year. The 2024 show kicks off on the morning of Feb. 27 with the DCW Opening Ceremonies, powered by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, featuring Las Vegas-based phenomenon Mat Franco. Other events throughout the week include the Young Pro Party and the IBS Closing Concert.
Attendees can also tour the IBS Official Show Home, The New American Home (TNAH) designed to showcase innovative building technologies, emerging design trends and the latest building products.
